I am close to Charlotte. And am new at this as well. I am thinking of trying Charlotte out. I have found a few reia clubs in that area and am intending on getting into them soon. As a matter of fact there is a meeting there on Thursday. Heading down to it too. Glad to hear that it is a good market. BTW, I am an hour north.

I live off Poplar Tent and 73. I am trying to get started around here also. Have checked out a few foreclosures and auction properties but none were to thrilling. Put a bid in on a condo last week and it got rejected. Hope to get something going here soon. I have a realtor/broker/investor friend of mine that I plan on doing some things with. I also have 2 GC buddys that want to get some things moving. Where are you located in this area?
