Any investors in SW michigan?

Hello everyone, im kind of new here but i think i have a pretty good grasp on the basics.I am looking for anyone who may be in the sw michigan area.Since i am just starting out i am trying to figure out the local market and which would be my best avenue to get started to build some investment capitol to get this ball rolling... Also i am having a hard time finding buyers...i checked the sunday paper and every flyer and paper in the area...nothing.....

What is considered SW

What is considered SW Michigan because I have a bunch of bank owned properties in detroit and pontiac i'm trying to get rid of.

I'm doing the assignment myself but if anyone can find an investor make sure you throw your finders fee on top of your agreement with them

No this would be my first as I normally purchase directly or sell directly, but have never done an out of state deal like this

Hey Chris,Yes there are two that I know of."Investors education network" and "KARHA"(Kalamazoo area rental housing asso.)you can google them.Seems like a lifetime ago I wrote this post.Be intouch and best of luck to you.I wont be at the meeting this month but see ya next month!
