OfflineI talked to a REA today they told me that assignments can't be done in VA. Iam in N.VA the REA said that I would need earnest money and proof of funds? Then she went on an said that due to law in VA that I would have to be a REA to do this type of thing? Need some light on this from the DG family.

They can be done in VA and are being done every week. Are you a member of the local REIA? Important that you network with fellow investors.

yeah you can do assignment in Virginia, I just did one and am looking to do another one... Anyone looking for some good deals in Virginia ...let me know . I can get them!!!
