I have had the service since October and it will allow you to do MANY things with it. You can roll calls to other numbers, I have it email me with the voicemail and I can listen to it at my computer. Well worth the $39.95 a month. They just updated the ability to record a MP3 file and upload to the website for outgoing or incomming messages too.

have a different extension coinsiding with each different ad, that way you can track which ads are working best.........$29.95 a month for me....? computer access
as well, 24 / 7 work horse......one extra payment at start up.
I just signed up with COA. Only 10 extensions, not 9,999

This seems like a bait and switch tactic to me. I called and asked their Customer Service Department about this and she says that it is a mistake, although they have not changed it. This could be a factor when someone is making a choice on Toll Free providers and I DO NOT think that this is right.
Anyone else here had this problem after paying them?
