I’m somewhat new here to DG.com but I’ve found the website very informative & helpful. I'm also very impressed by the success level of the DG community & the willingness to help one another.
Anyways Ill get to the point... I'm a young 24yo investor here in Phoenix AZ. Ive been soaking up as much information as possible through Deans books and website... Now Im ready to dig in and take action.
I'm looking to partner up with other local investors in the area in order to tag along on a few deals and learn from your experience & knowledge. I’m not looking for anyone to cut me in on their profits, I just truly want to learn & I figure the best way to do that is by hands on experience.
Here’s what I can bring to the table for you. Although I am young I do have some valuable knowledge and experience building & marketing businesses from the ground up. Myself and my 2 partners have built our Insurance Consulting firm from 0 to over 1.3m in the last 7 months. I also specialize in both online & face to face marketing & am more than willing to put in the time and effort needed in order to learn & apply the skills & knowledge required to become a successful real estate investor.

Thanks to the few of you that have expressed interest in partnering & PM'd me. Also thanks to many of you who have given great tips & feedback on my investment journal outlining my goals & progress ... I am however still looking for someone local here in AZ who would like to partner up on a couple deals so I can observe & see how they are correctly done.
I think in my original post I may have been too generic. What I am looking for specifically is this:
Over the past 2 weeks or so I have been taking action & using some of Deans techniques & strategies to find potential money making deals here locally. I am focused mainly on learning assignment or IEE type deals currently then moving on and learning various other strategies. Im thankful to say I have had some excellent results by searching crags list, driving around my community, and just talking to people around town. I however am not yet ready to go out there and do it on my own, and could definitely use the help of an experienced professional... Again if there is anyone here locally ( AZ ) who would like to partner up, I am willing do all the legwork of bringing deals to the table, but I would just like a professional with experience in this area to guide me through it ... I think is a win win for both of us ... You will make some $ and I will gain some knowledge, so let's team up and do this!!!
