Finding a broker

Hello everybody

I got a few questions i need some help with or advice and would love to know what everyone else does or has to say about it .

The questions are,where can i find a broker from?
does anyone know any websites ?
or have any ideas on the matter ?
what i have been doing is using the letter from deans'
book pfrern and emailing people but im running out of people to email

This is what I did, I used the same letter from Dean's book. I got e-mail addresses from all the Realtors in the area I wanted to look for properties in (I got them off the local real estate association website...there were over 500 of them). From that I got about 5 responses, I narrowed it down to one....whom I am working with now.

Another suggestion by Matt Larson that came up at the EDGE, call your local REMAX or Keller Williams realty office. Ask the receptionist or whomever answers the phone who is an investor friendly realtor...and take it from there.

i think you are talking about getting a real estae agent correct?
i have an agent already i was talking about getting a mortgage broker
any ideas on how to find one

Finding a broker

I have a realtor that I work with and he gave me the name of a broker. From what I understand the realtors sometimes end up working with brokers when a buyer is using financing from a bank.
