WELL THATS IT !!!!!!!!

The day has finally come. The day that I realized that I just can't do this anymore, and i have tried (believe me). It just seem that everything is working against me.
(1) I live in a rural area in KY -NO CASH BUYERS !!
(2) SEEMS AS IF THE RE AGENTS IN THIS AREA DONT WANT TO STEP OUTSIDE THERE COMFORT ZONE.
(3) FORECLOSUREALERT WILL NOT BRING-UP ANYTHING IN MY AREA, (BUT I HAVE MANAGED TO FIND SEVERAL HOUSES).
(4) I HAVE NO MONEY!
(5) CREDIT IS BAD !
(6) HAVING TO GO AT THIS ALONE ( NO SUPPORT) AND WORK A FULL TIME JOB THAT I HATE!!!!!!!! (BOSS).
(7) THE HOUSES THAT I HAVE FOUND (SEE #3) ARE ALREADY (REO'S) AND THEY REQUIRE A POF
(Cool LAST BUT NO LEAST THIS MONTH WILL BE THE FISRT MONTH THAT I'LL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY MY HOME MORTAGE.
(9) THE STRESS IS STARTING TO CARRY OVER TO MY FAMILY.
(10) THERE PLENTY MORE ,BUT I'LL SHUT UP FOR NOW.

SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS IS A VERY BAD DAY . BUT I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT I APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S HELP AND WISDOM THAT YOU SHARE ON HERE AND GOD BLESS YOU.

Hello DG family! I once again want to thank you all for the support. I know that I keep saying that but you guys and gals are what keeps people like me and others going. I have been working very hard over the last few days to find buyers and properties, not having much luck either way. The buyers, well everyone knows that story (hard to find). I have managed to locate some pretty nice houses---but there already in the hands of the banks, and i've not got the fundings to go that way, these homes even at the price the banks have got them if a person had the funding could possible have around 10-15 thousand dollars equity in them (or more).If anyone has any ideas PLEASE FILL FREE to let me know about how I can get around this,or if anyone would like to work with me on these homes send me a PM.
