I have been living in the Phoenix area now for 7 years and have been associated with a handful of different types of real estate deals from wholesaling, assigning, bird dogging, short sales, trustee sales, etc. However, I have just recently started focusing on REI full time now for the last couple months.
I am writing this because I am soon moving to the Northern Colorado area and I want to take my skills and knowledge and attack the market head on. I realize investing requires time and patience in some matters, but I’m ready to hit the ground running.
I am looking to develop a team of members that have each others back, as well teach one another a thing or two and put ideas into action. Since I am new to the market, I will need some help myself. I have ideas, marketing strategies, as well business ideas that could potentially be put to work.
I am a young, hungry, motivated individual who likes to see results. I believe the Northern Colorado area has an opportunity to establish a great REI foundation with the way the area is growing. I am looking to network with people, as well potentially start a partnership. I have a registered LLC in AZ and am considering starting a new one in CO.

So how soon will you be here? What part of Colorado will you be in?

I am so glad I found a few! I am a firefighter in the castle rock area and have a bunch of time to devote to this. I am in the success academy and would love to work with some of you guys! I think Longmont and Ft Collins have alot of potential. Castle Rock and Parker have some great things going on too!
