Memphis Tennessee

I am a Memphis Tn resident and have purchased 3 of DG's books now, the latest just 2 days ago. I built huge custom homes as well as the general track homes for nearly 20 years so I know building PHd-like. I worked in mortgages and processing for nearly 4 years. My parents at one time owned 17 properties, but not anymore. I have managed to educated myself along the way regarding real estate, and have known for some time that this would be a great way for me to move up the financial ladder. However, I just wanted to play golf too much....lolol
Ok, I reached the limit on this existence. I have made a decision, and I have found the true WHY through that awesome 7 step process. I am more motivated than ever, and with all of the experience and knowledge that I have in this industry I should do fine....But I just don't feel totally confident for some reason just yet....I am going to read YOUR TOWN this week, attend DG's Memphis seminar on the 15th, and work harder than ever to kick start this Memphis DG story to awesome success! I have big goals to reach by my birthday in 2011, November. So, I am diving in, leaving my golf clubs in the closet for a while with rolled up sleeves. Dean, you have really inspired me, now it is up to me to carry this momentum to the 2nd quarter.
