OfflineThere have been a couple of offers on this site that have gone way above what should be expected and they really didn't get much of a response.
What are you people thinking out there?? These guys are offering us a great opportunity and can't even get a much needed Thank You. maybe people are spooked by the offers and afraid that they will ask for something in return...I don't know.
I for one would like to send a great big THANK YOU for the opporunities and all the help. I think you know who you are so I don't have to name anyone. I want people to find the links on their own.

I agree for the most part. Just remember to be very careful as well. I'm not sure which offer you are specifically referring to, but most DGers seem fairly genuine. However, if you are investing money with anyone, do all your due diligence, not just on deals, but on people as well. I've been slightly burned lately, so I might be a little more hesitant than some....

DG members on this site who are awesome, but as Sheila said, there are also a few that are not really here for the real estate investing, but instead looking to scam people.
It doesn't hurt to be a bit cautious...

The other offers I'm just shaking my head at, wishing I hadn't gotten myself in the fix I'm in and could make it/take advantage of these offers/deals.
Four offers that I know of and are being left to go by, or gone.
As Dean said, don't make your situation any worse by going beyond what you CAN accountable do. (So I am thanking them for the offer(s).) But work hard at achieving that goal later. Working on that. I feel like saying to the ones making the offers, it is a sorry state of affairs isn't it.

I once posted here offering help to anybody who needs a buyer and a guy who have properties in a certain State responded to my post. I send him about 400++ cash buyers asking him if he should get back to me in case one in my list will buy his property then we could partner. I know it was a bad move in my part but, we all know that business is gamble. I never heard from him since then, did not even express that he is greatfull. I have nearly 2000 buyers near the zip code and county that he gave but I only sent 400.
I'm thankful most DG members here are honest and would get back to me. I salute people who are like that. We're here to network, Learn and increase our knowledge, not to Scam. Blessings to all. LA

I've gotten myself into a bit of a fix as well and I wish I could take advantage of these. But I'm working towards correcting that. The best part is I know by this time next year I'll be in the position to offer these things to fellow DGers.

I think the Edge 11 offer is very generous, especially if DGmod (Megan) is overseeing it. And I am sure that a lot of people would feel very blessed to be chosen (myself included).
