Mainly Just This One

Hi Sheila, sorry it took so long to get back to you but I finally got an email back from Gorgeous and said didn't have a spreadsheet of investors so I guess were both SOL on that. If I find someone else I will let you know. Are you interested in doing some deals here in Iowa? Some people in this state are interested in networking and I'm sure they would welcome someone outside of the state to get involved and some of them may be interested in doing deals in Illinois. Just let me know. Hope to hear from you soon.

Congratulations for taking action with real estate. So often people want to make a change in their life but do not take action. Half the battle is findignthe right vehicle to get you where you want to be and real estate investing can take you there. Dean's books and programs are tremendous and can provide the roadmap to get you there! Gooid luck with real estate investing and we look forward to reading about your progress and future deals! Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe and Stacey

Aloha & Mahalo Sheila!

May You have Great Success on your Journey! You will find a vast array of information at your disposal on this site.

Been awhile

I found a real estate site where people can bid on foreclosures that did not sell. I could look up properties in Iowa and Illinois. Some of the properties are for 10K-20K. Do you have the means to bid on such properties? If so, let me know.

Just read your post about your Series LLC; I wish my states had them as well; I'm looking forward to hearing about your stories and your strategies that you soon will spill!

Wishing you great success,

Hi, Sheila,

My name is Jennifer Kwan. I read your ad at DG family. I am looking for multi family in Phoenix, AZ too. Everyday there is 1 or 2 multi in auction daily in auction. If you let me know what you want & I will find it for you. It is just too much houses (800 daily include SF, multi, warehouse, club etc) for me and you. have fun!

Hi Sheila

Congrats on your deals! I keep running into brick walls when it comes to deals...I just put one in yesterday and hope it goes well...every investor I contact (and I have a business summary) just yawn and well, it's back to square one! Any suggestions would be helpful--I do have a real estate company working with me and at times, it seems like I'm training them!

Would love to be a partner

Tell me about your deals and your obstacles. Look at roadblocks as tests, they aren't always dead-ends, just delays.
