Congrats on your deals! I keep running into brick walls when it comes to deals...I just put one in yesterday and hope it goes well...every investor I contact (and I have a business summary) just yawn and well, it's back to square one! Any suggestions would be helpful--I do have a real estate company working with me and at times, it seems like I'm training them!

Yes this is a tough call.I usally like the natural look however have seen some painted brick that looked good.Have you considered just cleaning or power washing because the building in the photos looks fine.Lets hear your decision when made.Anthony2010

Hi Sheila, sorry it took so long to get back to you but I finally got an email back from Gorgeous and said didn't have a spreadsheet of investors so I guess were both SOL on that. If I find someone else I will let you know. Are you interested in doing some deals here in Iowa?
