Your local classified section real estate sec. call them and tell them u r an investor and run into wholesale deal often ask for there creteria and add them to your buyer list.
Call up for rent signs alot of them are also investors.
Call up the We Buy Houses Signs u see in ur area. You could also google them and call them up to add to your buyers list.
Also have a web sight with a capture page where investor who wish to get added to your buyer's list could put there info.
