Strategy for finding the perfect Real Estate Agent!

Strategy for finding the perfect Real Estate Agent!

I was checking out google maps for investors today and I noticed the local Title and escrow company.

I got to thinking, they deal with the vast majority of real estate deals in central oregon and surely they would know who the knowledgable, investment-minded agents are around here.

I called and the woman I spoke to was more than happy to give me 5 names of agents in central oregon that are very experienced and deal with investors.

I used Matt Larson's e-mail from "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" with a few modifications. Not 5 minutes later I got a call from a local agent that is interested in my strategies.

Just a suggestion for anyone looking for a good real estate agent.

Foreclosure

I received notification of foreclosure on my home.......due to unemployment, continue to seek employment with no light at the end of the tunnel.
Is Bankruptcy/Chapter 7, the only alternative?..... (no equity in the home)
Please advise.

Foreclosure

I am certainly no expert, but you definitely want to call your lender and discuss your repayment options.

Otherwise, as far as I know, your best bet would be a short sale, if possible.

As I said, I am no expert, but I believe those are your best options.

One thing I DO know is that you NEED to call the lender if you want to avoid foreclosure.
