finding investors looking for birddogs

difficult situation in most cases. The biggest problem is that most of the investors receiving the service of the birddog don't pay out as promise. (There really is a lot of contention in this area) My firm set up a birddog dedicated website [birddogprogram.com] to raise the process to a professional level but I am looking for specific areas and specific property types. The other difference is that I charge a $250 set-up fee which is refundable over the first 2 deals. My concept for this is that if someone won't invest $250 in themselves, then I can't invest my valuable time. I don't know if this post helps you Tammy as you are outside my target area, but there are opportunities out there....just be careful who you work with.

Bill, Thank you for your comments. I would gladly pay the $250 to work with you. As you say I am far from you, but is it impossible for me to find deals in your area without physically being there. Any other ideas as to where to look. If it has to be a pm that is fine. I will go and check out your site in the meantime. Tammy
