Even if you do not live by Tulsa, Oklahoma, I am sure your town also has Real Estate Investor events. This is a great place to meet the people rocking real estate investment in your own town, mortgage broker, hard money lender, cash buyers, agents, property managers, etc. Tulsa is not a big community, about 600K people but real estate market is great down here. I always encourage fellow investors to come to Oklahoma and invest in real estate, low property taxes, high employment rate, good christian community, etc.

initiate your own investment club in your town. Sure you can start small but growing your investment club as you go. We like ours as they offer presentations once a month from different experts, mortgage brokers, realtors, attorneys, etc.
