HELP! New York, Long Island

Hi all! I think you are all great and have some greatinformation to share! I am new and extremely excited about the entire process : )
Can anyone tell me if you are familiar with any good title companies, attorneys, real estate agents in my area??
I am in NY on Long Island, Suffolk County.

Do I just call/email all theses people and ask them if they work with investors? What do I say? Is there anyone that can give a specific example on Exactly what to say and how I need to introduce my self and what I need to know about them???

I would appreciate any input or advice you guys have for me! Thanks everyone and good luck with all your success.

Heather...start contacting some RE agents in your area...

they have contacts with all the people you need on your team. Look for a REI club in your area to network with other investors. If you have a Re-Max office or Keller Williams they are investor friendly agents. It's mainly a people business. Don't be afraid to get out their and talk with people that's how deals are done. Don't be afraid of Realtors they are people too...you don't have to tell them what strategy you are using...They just want to be sure if they are doing a lot of leg work for you that you are going to follow through with the purchase or the end buyer... Really know your market area before you start putting in low ball offers. As that just waste's everyone's time and energy...Read and study as much as possible, it will happen for you! Look for FSBO's some of these people can be very motivated and flexible on price or terms. In this case you don't need the Realtor. All the forms you need are on this site too. Pick a strategy and stay with it till you do a deal!
YOU GO GIRL!
