I am in Miami

I am in Miami and I have not make my first deal yet!!!

I have to do it ASAP, I just need to find a good realtor I have interviewed over 8 already and they all promess the sky but they do not have any idea about investing, they want me to offer more then the asking price they are crazy...

I am going to start placing offers myself, what do you think is it too complicated to do it with no realtor???

Also if someone knows of a good title company that does double closings in Miami or a lawyer PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!
