its a shame most wont qualify due to DTI(debt to income) or the LTV (loan to value)or poor credit scores
best opportunities, low homes prices(still falling) + lowest interest rates
seems most ppl have too high DTI due to living beyond their means and credit card balances
LTV speaks for itself as homeowners underwater (owe more than house is worth)cant qualify for mortgages
NOW, cant you hear these folks saying, darn if we hadn't done this is or that we could have qualified for the great rates and saved a pile of money, but NNNOOOOO, they HAD to have this and that....wow
Wake Up-STOP living on credit and trying to keep up with the Jones'-
live BELOW your means and you wont stress over bills
Make a BUDGET and live by it!!!!!!
Its still a GREAT time for REI-one of the best times of all times!!!
so go out and help people and make some deals
needless to say, if you can take advantage of these rates, DO IT and reduce the term (length) of the mortgage and you could save BIG BUCKS!!!!!
Save 10yrs of mortgage pymnts at $12,000yr = $120,000 and you can keep your payments about the same
