Offlinei am wondering about how to ask my agent for expired listings. anyone have any scripts to follow or email text to send to an agent? and if i get another agent to work with, when is an appropriate time to ask for expired liastings? probably not on my initial phone call to them huh?

If you have Dean's book, 'Profit from RE Right Now', you can find a letter that Matt Larson uses to solicit RE Agents on page 114 & 115 of that book. Now I know that is a letter, but you can basically take the points out of it and just make it a conversation you are having with your Realtor, making sure to hit the big themes.
