Buyers List

Buyers List

Does anyone use any specific form to gather the necessary information to complete your buyers list? What type of information should I be looking to gather besides type of house, location, price ranges? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Questions...

Here are some of the questions I ask:

- What are you looking for in a property (i.e #BD, #BA, Price Range, etc)?

- Where would you like the property to be located (i.e particular zip, or
area of town)?

- What is the best way to contact you?

- How soon can you close on a deal I present to you?

- Do you finance your deals with cash, or do you use other financing means?

Hope this helps,

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

https://tvallc.infusionsoft.com/go/RehabLite/sroberts/

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!

a few more to add.....

How quickly can you close?

How would you like me to present the deal to you? (pictures, comps, email, fax, mail, CMA etc)

Are repairs ok? how much?

Think of the information that you would give a wholesaler if you were the investor. Take notes and keep a profile on each of your investors so you aren't going back asking the same questions over and over again.

Good luck!

Karen
