Finding Buyers

Finding Buyers

Who needs help finding buyers?

I am going to take the next few days and talk to all of you out there who are new and are still feeling confused. I am going to start at the beginning and walk you thru the process. This is not meant to offend anyone. It is simply that I have learned that many do better as they repeat new ideas and concepts. All that I will write about you have probably heard before. If it is too repetitive, move on. This should be seen as a review and an opportunity to strengthen concepts in you mind.

What I would like to talk to you about today is building a buyer's list. Our buyer's list is the foundation of our wholesaling business. If we think of other businesses, our buyer's list is our customer list. If we are to grow and thrive we must have a strong buyer's list.

Understand that there are dozens and dozens of ways to build a buyer's list. The key is finding something that works and then doing it over and over again.

Let's talk about some proven methods that work in many areas. These are things you can do today to get your phone ringing.

1.) Go to the classified section of your local newspaper or electronic ad. There you will find owners that are advertising their rental properties. Talk to the owner and find out if they are interested in obtaining additional rental properties.

2.) Attend REIC meetings. This is a great networking opportunity. You should take your business card and be prepared to listen. If given an opportunity to introduce yourself, take it.

3.) Get a good understanding on how to write an effective ghost ad. The ad you write will aid you tremendously in finding buyers.

I would be happy to further enhance these things with scripts and more detail. You can email me at roy.v@deansadvancedtraining.com and I will send you an email that has some great info. Send your requests to this email address. Thanks.

Drive for buyers

When I first started out I would often drive my area looking for homes that appear to be in the mist of a rehab.

I would stop, introduce myself and see if its an investor that's and seeking other deals, 9 times out of 10 it was and the investor was there or a worker would kindly give me there number..

Good Luck to all!
