Looking for Cash buyers and Motivated sellers in the Tampa, FL, and Charlotte, NC area, Pm me.
Looks like you are using everything you can to find buyers and sellers. If you haven't already done so be sure you are also utilizing the Local Networking section of the Forums. It can be a great place to find people to partner with on deals.

Anytime you're wanting to do wholesaling, you'll need your list of qualified cash buyers first then you’ll know what type of properties to search for, thus you’ll be able to focus on finding those specific motivated sellers.
If you have found your cash buyers … you can place ghost ads, bandit signs, attend real estate investment clubs & ask a REALTOR for a list of properties that have been purchased with cash with the last 90 days.
Once you have your buyers, then you’ll need to find out what they’re wanting to purchase.. i.e. SFR or Mulit-Units, how many beds & baths, what is their maximum purchase price, what profit margin do they need, etc.
When you have the cash buyers lined up then you’ll know what properties to find.
