The Hotel in AZ had an offer put in and accepted as of this morning. Very excited as this will be my first deal of all and it is a commercial property to boot. I do still have the hotel for Montana and I am working with a broker for a new rehab property in Fort Worth Texas if anyone is interested. The Fort Worth property needs about 1 million in rehab to update and for new equipment. Tammy
