Co-Wholesale

Co-Wholesale

Well? How?
What contract is needed?
Does any one have a blank contract to share?
The closing title company, who and how does it become aware that the wholesaler has a co wholesale agreement?
I have the Seller(s) of properties, and I have several buyers not interested in my seller's inventory. Either way, I am asking about the co-wholesale conversion.

Monique just had a thread on almost the same thing. See if this thread helps with what you are asking:

Also, good for you on changing your name to a more positive one! Eye-wink I'll just have to reprogram my mind to your new name!

Marvin,
The how etc. is an ever evolving process. There are many ways to do Real estate investing. You just need to keep a positive attitude and keep working at it.
Contracts can be found on this site under the “Forms and Docs” tab.
As far as your buyers not buying what you’re selling, I have 2 suggestions. Try and get more information from your buyers. If you aren’t able to bring them what they are wanting, you need to get a better concept of what it is they’re looking for. In addition to more information from buyers, remember you have to sell your buyers on the property. You do that by providing them the numbers and what’s in it for them. No one will purchase anything without knowing what they get out of it.
Stay positive and focused. You can do this.
