HELP! - Sample ads to create a Buyer's List?

Hi everyone.

Just another newbie to this group who is enjoying the posts on the various forums.

I am in the process of trying to create a buyer's list. I would like to use Craig's List and some others. The only ads I have seen on this site in this regard actually list some property which the person does not possess to generate some interest i.e. a fake ad such as Investors Special - 30k in equity.

Can anyone share a creative ad that has generated good response without b.s as to some proposed property?

Call every investor you come

Call every investor you come across. Network with them. Call all WE BUY HOUSES signs and ads you see. Use the script below.
