OfflineSo I've been consistent with bandit signs for the past 6 months, putting out 25-75 every weekend just like it says in 30 Days to Real Estate Cash and got one bird dog deal in January for $500.00. That's better than nothing but most of the time I'm getting calls from angry people telling me to take my signs away or am getting no calls at all.
Is there any other marketing strategy that is recommended besides bandit signs to help me find motivated sellers?
I'm on a $200 a month budget for marketing and just need some advice on what to do.

I would look up vacant properties in your area. Also where are you putting your signs?

I'm posting them in busy intersections and outside of shopping centers like wal marts, target, wal-greens, and grocery stores.
Vacant properties and absentee owners sounds like the next best strategy given the situation.

Have you tried googling probate courts in your area
Also have you tried mailing the owners who are in danger of foreclosures
And lastly remember contacting sellers from the MLS who have had price reductions

Hi Adam, my area of town is like that too. Someone advised me to put out those signs on Friday night and take them down by sunday tonight. Hope that helps.
There are several things you can do. One thing is to begin calling landlords "for rent" signs or ads you see and ask if they are interested in selling any troubled properties they have. I've gotten lots of leads from that.

Get your realtor to send you a filter for expired listings & mail them letters. Are you putting your signs around fast food exits/entrances? Have you tried "putting ads on craigslist & looking for homes on Craigslist? Maybe you can do signs like, "Adam BUYS Houses, Fast!" car magnet signs, put 'em on your car & drive everywhere.
Think outside the box & change up your marketing. Put up flyers around town where they let you, like supermarkets & the post ofc.
This weekend alone I put up 42-45 signs on busy intersection like in front of the stop lights.
Before I put them I had to time each stop light to make sure they are ones which make traffic cars slow and wait more longer before the green light that way these potential could have time to write down my number.
I recieved 30 to 40 incoming calls within less than 72 hrs because I put up the signs on Saturday morning and removed some of them last night.
The point im would like to make is that AKA bandit signs works.

I WILL PUT MY SIGNS UP THIS WEEKEND I HAVE BOUGHT 50 CORPLAST YELLOW SIGNS WAITING ON MY NAME CARDS AND HAD MY FLYERS AND POSTCARDS MADE AT STAPELS COST A LOT OF MONEY BUT NEED TO GET GOING THANK YOU ALL WILL LET YOU KNOW
i am a beginner and want to be part of a really strong network of people i have done a few guru conferances but decided that dean is still the best . i now just have to get together with people that can help and assist. i can do it determind and broke but have the ability and the go to get this done
Good Job. Congrats on taking action. Try as much as possible to give up with the calls by answering them. My phone has been ringing off the hook since today and I still have a good number of missed calls which I must follow up by texting them my power speech which Dean shared on 30 days to quick cash.

Maybe try putting them in neighborhoods or near foreclosed or pre-foreclosures are located.

Adam word of mouth is crucial especially if you give people a great incentive maybe the equivalent of a week or two weeks net pay.... Of course as long as you close a deal.... Bandit signs are just one of many ways remember
