OfflineI have been looking for buyers on Link-in for a while now, but I keep getting underperforming or unscrupulous buyers. I was wondering if there are other websites to find good performing buyers for high end properties and bulk properties packages? I know this information would help investors get started as well.

Finding a good business partner can be a real shot in the dark. There are a lot of people out there just looking for a partner that has pockets loaded with money whereby they hope to get a piece of the pie. You are going to be much better off finding a local partner. Someone you can ask around about. Try attending some local REI meetings and see what you can find.
Thank you very much campbellsimon for your comment and advice, however the properties my partner has are in other states like New York, Florida, and Texas, etc. I'm looking outside my city and state (Gallup, NM) because the real estate community here is very closed market, they won't even look at you unless you have a fat bank account. Most investors I have met here told me they invested in other states and use the money they made to invest here. I have been struggling to get going for the pass two years to get off the ground and been kicked around a lot during that time too. I'll take your advice when I get the chance in the next REI meeting in Albuquerque, NM.
