Investing in real estate notes

Hi. I was just browsing through back page and came across somebody saying that they invest in real estate notes. Can somebody give me any insight on as this is this somebody I should add to my list or should I stay away from them. I figured somebody on this site would have some knowledge of this. They can be a good resource

They can be a good resource but you need to get some basic education on your part regarding seller financing so you can protect your interests.

notes is another type of real estate investing, but have to know how they sell notes in your state, etc. There are books on this subject as well.
