7-day auctions and FSBO

I set up my website from Dean. I have no homes to put on it yet, so I am leary of marketing the website.

In Dean's most recent book he discussed holding the 7-day auctions. This struck an idea I had to get homes on my website.

I was thinking of offering FSBO a chance to place their homes on my website for free. Has anyone done this or a 7-day auction before?

yes I have

follow the notes in the book and make sure you market aggressively and it should turn out great - mine did. I am actually helping another site member do one now.
