Ethics

Ethically speaking, do you feel it is wrong to post an ad for a house that you don't own or isn't real? I have been posting ads on a site looking for buyers, and I tried a different approach yesterday and got 3 responses this morning. I recieved none from all of my other ads. This could also be because that it is the weekend.

Any input, good or bad, is appreciated.

Thanks.

Ethics and Marketing

TRH,

Most investors do not believe there is anything against running this type of ad. If you are honest with all the people that contact you and you let them know you no longer have that property available, however you may be getting other properties available so what exactly are they looking for. This will help you to learn the market and the properties in most demand. Most people are also happy to have the help that you offer. Good luck with your deals. Believe and Achieve!
