OfflineWe made a flyer with the local free summer concerts in our area. On a side bar I put our contact information and toll free number. We will be handing out 500 of them at the local fireworks display in town. Who wouldn't want a list of free concerts! I understand that you usually only receive a return of 3% to 5% on advertising such as this. But in our business that could be thousands of dollars in profits!
I would like to hear others ideas on Marketing in todays market.

Not a bad idea...the 4th is a great time to get your flyers out there as there are so many people condensed to a small area.

I would have been happy to attach the document but didn't see a way to do it. I decided on the less "in you face" approach. I do have bandit signs that practically shout "STOP FORECLOSURE BEFORE IT HAPPENS!". Strangely enough someone has been taking them down...even off of my mail box post! But a bit of cardboard and a copy machine has us up and running again along those lines. Here is my little sidebr information:

Everyone wants free stuff! I could probably give away 2000 of them at this event. It's not often that you get this chance to have so many people at one place at one time. I've also been putting stacks of them (with permission) at local convenience stores, my hair salon, and yesterday left a stack with my dentist. (Don't forget your local diner) Later in the year it could be flyers Christmas concerts...you get the idea. It gets your name out there and you become "known". If they hear your name again they will remember and choose you over your competition.

Great idea! Flyers work. Even with the small returns. Its a simular strategy as making multiple offers. The more you throw out there the more chances you'll get. Besides it only take one great connection that has the potential to buy or sell in quanity. 1=10. Continued success........Lubertha

Sometimes, before you receive the info that the house is in foreclosure, an investor has already bought it. The banks do not have the time to announce the foreclosure notice. Investors are not waiting for foreclosures, because they might be waiting forever. Just examine the market and look for the best deals that have equity in the property that you could retrieve upon purchase and reinvest. Good Luck.

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share the MARKETING REALLY WORKS, a few monthS ago I bought Deans books and after reading them I starting increasing my marketing, I have signs and ads and flyers. Well I got a call from a lady off one of my adS she invitied me and my husband to her home to discuss PRIVATE MONEY! She and her husband want me and my husband to bring them proposals. She will carry contracts for 5 years or is open to short terms deals. I was so excited inside I could barely remain in my chair!!!!!!! We talked for more than an hour. And the topper is she wants us to lease options her house.
So to all of you newbies..... get your marketing program up and running.
