I Need Help!!!!!!

My name is Roy Our home has been dated for trustees sale in Las Vegas Nevada A short sale can save my home. It could be a win win for you and me Equity at close This is a desperate situation for us. Please respond. I also have a home that has lots of equity in it. If anyone is interested I just need someone to go in partners with me on the financial end. There is lots of equity in this house it is not in foreclose the party just wants out.
