When you are trying to assign contracts, as a last resort you should post deals that you have online, or in flyers around your community. To start we recommend that you find your investors first, then search for deals they are interested in. That will ensure that you are spending your time productively in finding deals that interest investor buyers. They are the people with the funds - you should be a good order taker right now and bring them deals that they are interested in. A great place to find investor buyers is foreclosure auction sales. See if these buyers are interested in working with you, inform them that you can bring them a great deal for a fee.
