What's the best way or yourfavorite way to find buyers?

Google them example: We buy house, we buy foreclosures, we buy short sale those are your buyers...

Just ask a RE agent to give you a list of his/her buyers within the past 6 mths.

Yellow pages

Look in your local yellow pages under Real Estate and look for the businesses with the word investments in their discription
