Hi DG Community, My question this time is, what is common when splitting the profits from a flip amongst the investor and the (all cash deal)financier? Is it usually done by percentage? Does it vary from deal to deal? If there's more or less work in rehab for the investor, does that change things? I'd like to know how others are working this. Thanks, Johnacus

many variables that each split can be soooooooooo different. Just depends on the individuals involved and what they expect to gain, contribute, and do. I have been involved in deals from 25/75 to 80/20. No set formula.
