ON FACEBOOK I directed a new Student towards one of Dean's Conference Calls where much emphesis was put on the Buyers List by Mat Lawson. I went back to my notes from before I actually got started but plugged into the training, when I was still living in Simi Valley, California in 2010 and up through now. The following I just posted on Facebook for the benefit of the new folks who came on board from the Rock Bottom Webinar on Saturday, August 6th: One of the Greatest Webinars or Seminars I'd ever attended or been a part of, in ANY Catagory of Buiness. So here it is and I hope there is something new to inspire you to GO AFTER THAT BUYERS LIST: YES, I have tried it all and it all works!

Hey Barbara, Yes... it was Dean's Conference Call on TUESDAY, 03/01... which you should be able to replay on the DG Site. ALSO, here are some things from my past radom notes. Most of you probably already know or have read this somewhere, but here they are anyway: Call Houses For Rent & speak to owner/landlord who are often Cash Buyers (I got my first couple of Buyers on my List in L.A. from this); Contact Investment Groups (not just R/E Investment Groups either, especially now with much Stock Market money on the Sidelines and heading for the returns that Hard Assets will return; i.e. Real Estate). Of Course, if you can afford it start running an ad in the Local Newspapers (I'm going to start a complete campaign in the selected Community New Papers in Maricopa County, here Arizona; seperate ad for Buyers and for Sellers in Trouble). Also when looking for Investment Groups, check out the Phone Books. And, if you are not doing this already:
Call BUILDERS & CONTRACTORS DIRECTLY and see if they purchase Rehab Properties (use a letter campaign/the mail also to reach more faster if you can afford it). JOIN ON-LINE INVESTMENT GROUPS. SEND LETTERS to OWNERS of Duplex or Triplex's in any Area (those who Buy them are usually Investors & Often Cash Buyers). And all of our Favorite: JOIN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT GROUPS ON FACEBOOK! Everything above has come from various DG Conference Calls and other DG Interview videos posted on the DG Site. Also, some came from Carol Stinson. ALL THE ABOVE I learned prior to my move to Arizona on Thanksgiving Day in 2010.

Thanks for the great post.
Have you tried pulling the cash transactions off of MLS and sending letters to those buyers? If you have, how did that work for you?
