OfflineHello I am trying my best to get a grip on what I am learning and it seems to be an uphill battle. I have recently lost my job and am at the end of my rope. I have a wife and two daughters so I am trying to start simple yet quickly as possible. I don't have much left to lose except my family, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. What would be my best starting point to break into the business with No money or Credit?

After troubled waters, there is always calmed waters. Have you read any of Dean's books? I would suggest reading Profit from Real Estate Right now if you haven't done so. There are a lot of great people in this site doing wholesaling with no money down and making a living. I suggest you read a lot of their posts and ask as many questions as you can. We are here to help each other.

I'm sorry about your situation, but let me tell you. You CAN change it! If you really want a fast track I suggest you getting Deans new book '30 Days to Real Estate Cash.' That book's sole purpose is to inform new investors how to get started with wholesaling(assigning contracts) and do it fast, hence the name of the book. Its a great, very simple, very fast book and if you follow every action step and don't delay, don't ever ever give up, then you will get there.
Another book that's really really good also for knowledge and everything is Dean's "Profit from real estate right now."

Thank you for the info, I am trying every path I can and look forward to the light at the end of the tunnel. I am fighting to feed my family and finding it hard to split what money I have. I am going to get Deans new book and hopefully I can get things moving at least at a steady pace. I have a lot of belief in this site and Deans knowledge so I hope I can get on the right track soon... Thanx Gabriel
