Set Goals

Set Goals

If you feel "stuck" after you write down your thoughts, spend time setting goals. You'll probably find that journaling your emotions will calm you, while writing goals will energize you. Many people enjoy journaling to get rid of their negative feelings and then setting goals to focus on a bright future. By putting your goals in writing, you move from victim to victor. Seeing your goals in black and white will boost your spirits. So think about this... How do you want your life to turn out? If you don't like the plot your life is taking, rework it! Take out a piece of paper and re-fashion. Set goals, break big goals into day-to day manageable chunks, set deadlines, mentally rehearse your success by visualizing it and then start!by vicki hitzges

Goals are needed for success

Your so right about goals boosting your spirit, at times when I feel I'm stuck and not moving forward in RE I would sit down and write a plan. When I'm done writing these things down I feel good, I have something to look forward to. Task to take on. You wake up every morning excited to start completing you tasks.

I will be re writing some of my goals tomorrow and would be putting a deadline on them.
