OfflineHi everyone, Kristen from UT(by way of NJ) here. So I got sucked into Dean's commercial last night, almost went to a seminar today but didn't decided to pick up a book instead, I can't wait until it get's here!!!
In the meantime I've spent the last two days scouring this site so much helpful info!! also craigslist to see if i could find any other wholesalers, investors and just poked around to see what I "could" find. I stumbled across what I think is a wholesaler looking for a Bird Dog, signed up online got all the requirements and will get started as soon as I have a day off.
I emailed the guy to say hey, here are my goals! and asked if he was an actual cash ivestor or fellow wholesaler either way figured this will be a great way to learn the ropes and do some networking BEFORE even getting started!!!

Hi Kristen, glad you got motivated by this website, I have been on here for about 2 years and have gotten a lot of leads and found many interesting people. A couple of places to look for buyers and investors is to go to postyourpropertieshere.com, Linkedin.com, facebook.com, and realestateinvestoronline.com/forum. There are others but these are some of my favorites. You will find on some you can post properties you have under contract, message boards and great ways to connect with other investors. I hope you get a lot of information from these and skyrocket your RE career. Let us know how things go.
Mike, thank you so much for the links! This is still a learning process am poking around and learning so much! i have updated my profile for now, I gather that will also be a work in progress also! So excited, scared nervous and of course hesitant, it's all me in my life right now, and the only person to change the future is myself. I need to remind myself everday!
