Just deposited a check for $11,270.

Got the check in the mail Saturday. Wrote an offering check to my church for $1100 and deposited the check this morning. $11,270 and I am still an equity partner in the deal!!!!

This was the acquisition fee from my private money partner on a major flip that we are partnering on. I am using my self directed IRA to fund part of the deal and am expecting to make 125% return on that part of the deal. Merrel/Lynch eat your heart out!! Should make another $40,000 in cash from the management part of the deal!!

REI just keeps getting better and better. Working on a three house deal from a tired landlord. Should have it under contract today. Have several buyers lined up. Will net $50,000 on this one if all goes well!

Way to take advantage of what you have and make the most of it. Good job on paying your tithing too. It's something I should be doing more of myself. It sounds like things are going great for you guys, congrats.

Hey Everyone!

Thanks again! Working an awesome deal that I should have under contract with a $45,000 non refundable earnest money check from my buyer in the next 48 hours. We will see. Will post the details if it happens.
