OfflineIm at my wits end, after the books,success academy,videos,etc. Im done w/ realtors and agents.They just ignore me,argue with me, or just rude to me.Im also flat broke,over 10k in debt,4k of which in collections, Im in a big ball of mess here.I need to make CASH FAST w/ no money of mine used and no bank will breathe on me, let alone touch me with a loan.So i swallowed my fear and just saw some homes locally and sent their agents offers 30% off list price, my plan is to assign them,(i have no buyers list--cant afford ads or bandit signs even)--if offers accepted ill assign them to someone else, even someone here maybe.I been told assignments are illegal,but i think attorneys can do them,but i dont know anything about real estate,so i could be wrong.I cant even drive to see the homes,cuz i cant afford gas money,pretty sad, but I just want to know if I made the Right Choice or the biggest mistake of my life by throwing offers out there??? I cant afford one mistake,or i literally may not be around if im wrong.Non the less im more than desperate for some maybe literal hand holding here. Can someone help me w/my given situation? Would anyone be interested in buying any of the homes, if they accept my deal to assign??? I can't take much more living this way.I just want to do one deal so i know its legal,the right blueprint and that I,myself can do it and do it right,so these debt collectors will leave me alone..ugh..sorry for the rant,but im lost in every way with this. I can provide my contact information to anyone who can or is willing to dig deep with me on this, you may literally be saving my life here.Any and all information is appreciated.Thank you very very much in advance.It all makes sense in my head from the books,etc. but maybe its just too much for me, or maybe my situation is unworkable regardless of how good the knowledge is.I guess ill find out, keeping my fingers crossed and praying that this works out so i can live again.

You made the right choice! You can do it! If you can't afford to buy bandit signs, find some cardboard in a dumpster and tie it to a paint stick! Don't give up, just try it a little different. I know that is not the "suggested and proven" way, but like you said, you need to save your life. I found an investor, who was selling one of her properties, by reading an ad she posted in the local grocery store on a 3x5 index card. I called her up to see if she was looking to buy more. I'm pretty new here myself, and I know the more experienced can give you better advice. But I will keep my fingers crossed for you from across the pond in Milwaukee. Keep your head up!

There are people out there making tons of money doing these very things so I will not let anyone tell me it cant be done!!!! Im new here myself, havent done a deal yet. Im in the accademy and about 8wks in. I have a buyers list
Im ready to look for deals. I found that I worked very hard, stayed up late nights taking the modules, and still didnt achieve evrything given to me by my mentor but still got great results. You just have to find out what your not doing or need to do different. Oh and by the way once you know what to change you have just learned what not to do again, so dont look at it as failure but learning experiences.
