I have a buyer, do you have a house in Central FL?

Good Morning,

I got a call from a buyer who said he wants to close asap and is looking for a house $20,000 or less. He prefers Sanford or Deltona FL, but is open to other areas of Central FL. I don't have a property that meets his needs at the moment. He wants something now. Do you have a property that is in this price range and we can work out a deal? Please let me know

I've been flipping houses here in Citrus County, Fl. since 2001. Have just completed the 55th rehab last month & have never been able to find anything, no matter how bad for under $ 20,000.

We have a property locked up

We have a property locked up for $13,000 in an area that is in the process of being rebuilt, but couldn't find a buyer at the time. Now we have the buyer, but not the property.
