6K spread?

6K spread?

Is a 6K spread enough to make money on a house. If I get it for 4K and sell for 10K? Do I get the buyer to pay all closing cost? Am I forgetting other costs? I wouldn't do repairs, but as is. Tammy

Tammy

most of all you want to make sure you leave enough money in the deal for the investor you sell it to. don't be greedy and have a little room to negotiate. i think $6000 is great, but if you only made 1/2 that, it's still more than you had and probably doesn't cost you much in time. just my 2 cents.....Smiling

Thank you Linda

I think I may have to do that. I just didn't know what kind of spread was needed. Thanks.
