Commercial Financing

Does anyone know of good websites for finding people who need commercial funding from a direct private lender? In addition, anyone know of good websites for finding people who need Hard Money Loans or selling non performing or performing notes? Thanks please let me know when you have a chance.

If you want to share whom you have then post on www.linkedin.com and also www.connectedinvestors.com. You will have to create free accounts on those sites and post what you are offering, you will get a ton of responses for both sites.
