OfflineHey guys, for the past couple years I was wholesaling deals for a quick cash while I was still in school. Finally I graduated in May yehhhhh!! and had a chance to partner up with the incredible person and awesome business partner. Since July, Kelly and I formed our new business specializing in wholesale-lease options and sandwich lease options. Knowing nothing about lease options, we closed our first deal within a week and now we have many more in a line. Wholesaling investment homes or sandwich leasing to retail buyers is nothing new, but we learned that success comes with creativity. As our business growth, daily we think how agents can bring us motivated sellers to work with. One of our wholesale lease option deals right now was structured with an agent. Its not easy to build trust and credibility with agents but once you do, they can bring you 95% of seller leads. I am looking forward to share creative ways to wholesale or sandwich leas options.
Also, currently we are developing strategic plan to work with mortgage brokers on many levels. I will try to share this idea in a next post.

I am glad you found your niche market, lease options are great and I tell students on a daily basis to start doing them, they are quick and no money out of your pocket deals.
