I got an offer accepted on a 7 house package deal altogether it was $695,000 rented at $6500, offer was accepted $600,000...we plan to assign at $645,000 to our buyers on my list...Looking for Tammys help because my partners and i have more not only that we are running out of time, we may lose on the deal this just may have to go to another buyer...I want Tammy in on this so if you are out here please contact me asap....we plan to close soon please hurry...
