OfflineOk yea...The house in taft (van pelt ct) was funded today (not my money,it will close on monday and record the same day). I sold this house for 110k and 73.6k was funded at 6.5% interest to my investor. Guess who gets the $36,319.69 balance? Hip national bank does!!!!! I had 8 hours in this one and about 300 in fuel and meals. That 4.5k per hour....Wow i feel like a lawyer or something....
