Keep in mind I am a Real Estate agent, my buyers have been proofed up and ready for their next purchase.
With all do respect, I am not looking for a daisy chain purchase, I am looking for a seller himself/herself or a situation where you are direct with the seller.

If you have something I will conduct a conference call, we will proof up the package through title. Once the package is verified I will present to my buyers.
