I think the basic info you got here is good to get the investors to call you. Do you have these homes under contract to assign or double close? I would encourage you to advertise them on www.connectedinvestors.com its a great site to find buyers and network with other wholesalers that might have buyers for you. Also try listing them on www.myhousedeals.com, both sites get a lot of traffic from investors.
