OfflineI'm switching my focus onto my other direction of wholesaling and making my full service wholesaling better. I'm having a difficult time turning deals away. My assistant just brought me another mobile home deal that she needs me to finance. It is a good deal, no rehab and is ready to go. The price is right. I love doing these deals, but I'm ready to make the switch.
My deals I'm wholesaling is what I need right now and I only want to focus on that. I'm finding that if I spend time focusing on multiple things i'm feel like i'm not reaching my full potential.
I always say Keep Moving Forward! Never Give Up On Your Dreams!

I found myself overwhelmed with all the possibilities and when i narrowed my focus to one thing that just made everything that much better and that much more attainable.

Your exactly right, only focus on 1 strategy at a time and become the best at it. Don't try to do to much, then I find myself not getting as much accomplished then I get frustrated with myself.
